Overview:
This position is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, both raw materials and finished goods. Works closely with purchasing and operations to ensure raw materials are available for production, coordinating the flow of information and paper work between receiving and the manufacturing department.
Duties:

Helps with raw material forecasting for purchasing.

Review jobs going into production to be sure material is available.

Periodic cycle counts to establish reorder points.

Follow up on materials coming in.
-
Verifies returns and requisitions to make inventory adjustments.

Review finished goods inventory to keep stock at efficient levels.
-
Collect and analyze information on stock usage.

Maintains materials inventory records.
-
Initiate program for tracking pan liners.
-
Help coordinate annual physical inventory.

Attend production meetings
-
Helps maintain a safe working environment.
Minimum requirements:
-
High School graduate (College Degree preferred)
-
Extreme Attention to detail
-
Ability to multi-task consistently
-
Ability to work well with management and production employees
-
Excellent computer skills
-
Proficient in Excel spreadsheets
-
Experience with Mas 200 Inventory Management and Work Order Modules or similar applications.

Proper Telephone etiquette
-
Ability to climb stairs and walk the plant floor 80% of the shift
Helpful additional skills:

Bi-lingual (English-Spanish)

Production Planning Certification
-
Production Expediting Experience
Salary Range: Open DOE
